K.N Rajagopalan (FCA, ACS)

- Has been in practice since 1975 servicing clients from various business spectrums;
- Well experienced in Banking and Finance, and has hands on experience in Corporate Reengineering and Management Consultancy Services;
- Worked extensively with clients in the financial sector and has a detailed knowledge of credit, treasury, risk management and financial reporting;
- Specialises in restructuring of business units including turnaround of sick units
- Focuses on business analytics including perspective planning & enterprise value enhancement
- Hands on experience in IPO, M&A, debt syndication
Nalini Padmanabhan (FCA, DISA, CISA)
Lead Auditor ISO 27001
- In practice for a period of over 30+ years, joined the firm as a partner in 2007 and is currently a part of the Audit and Assurance division;
- Previously a Director in State Bank of India, Chennai Local board;
- Has over 20 years of hands on experience in the areas of Statutory audits, Risk based Internal audits, Tax audits, Management audits, Project appraisals Financial and Risk consulting, ISO systems implementation and Systems Audit;
- CISA member & specialises in systems audit
- Implemented MIS & SOPs for big corporates
Aruchamy D (FCA)
- 17+ years of experience in audit, taxation and consulting
- Specialises in financial modeling in business restructuring /turnaround
- Active participant in implementing perspective planning and value enhancement assignments
- Handled numerous M&A and valuation assignments
Balamanikandan K (BL, FCA, DISA)
- Partner since 2009
- Clients Before commencing the practice, was part of multi-billion dollar company in the management level, handling General Ledger team for international;
- Has 19+ years post-qualification experience in handling internal audits, statutory audits, Transfer pricing assignments of Corporates in different verticals,
- Handles business advisory services including capex plan vetting, risk evaluation, cost vs. waste analysis
- Specialises in executing value enhancement plans for corporates
- Holds a law degree and extensively involved in commercial, legal and financial due diligence assignments
Ramanarayanan R (FCA)
- Joined the firm as Partner in 2010;
- Prior to joining the firm, worked with National Insurance Company, at different senior levels for more than 31 years;
- Specializing in the field of risk assessment for major insurance company and Banking clients
Raghavan S (FCA)
- Joined the firm as Partner in 2011;
- Prior to joining, was an Executive Vice President with a multinational food processing company for more than decade heading finance, accounts and compliance;
- Rich experience in handling audits from different verticals in the industry
Ram Srinivasan (FCA)
- 17+ years experience in audit - statutory, internal & forensic
- Handles assignments primarily in the nature of statutory and internal audits, due diligences, transfer pricing assignments and Indirect tax advisory;
- Specialises in assignments involving transitioning to & preparation of accounts as per Ind AS
- Undertakes business analysis, RCM & gap analysis, process reengineering
- Extensively involved in commercial, legal & financial due diligence assignments
- Prior to practice, employed with a reputed International audit firm in their Chennai practice, handling some of the significant clients both Indian and multinational.
Meenakshi Sundaram R (FCA, DISA)
- Handles Internal and Statutory audit of the firm
- Handles Income Tax representations, including appeals
- Joined the firm in the year 2011 and become Partner in June 2020
Kumar G (FCA)
- Joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in April 1995 and was appointed in charge of non-corporate tax practice
- Has good exposure in taxation (including appeals and revisions), project financing, public relations, liaison with government / banks / Statutory authorities and in other company matters.
